Firefighters spent around three hours tackling a fire which broke out at an industrial estate in Union Mills today.
Crews from Douglas were called to Snugborough Trading Estate just before Noon to find a unit there had caught alight with teams having to use cutting equipment to get through a shutter door.
Ten personnel wearing breathing apparatus got into the building and extinguished the flames before ventilating the area of smoke and checking for any hot spots.
No-one was injured.
