Firefighters were called out after a car caught light last night.
Fire crews from Kirk Michael were alerted just before 6.30pm after the incident happened in Little London.
The Fire and Rescue Service says the driver smelled smoke and got out of the car, which burst into flames.
It took just over an hour to bring the fire under control after it spread to nearby hedges.
