The Islands fire service is urging motorists to be careful out on the roads during wintery conditions.
The message comes after firefighters were called to several multi-vehicle collisions across the Island over the weekend.
Officers say highways are particularly hazardous right now at night and during the early mornings because the low temperatures can make surfaces slippery with ice and frost.
They're asking drivers to slow down, leave extra distance between you and the car in front and to consider if you're journey is essential.
