Firefighters were called to a house in Glen Maye yesterday.
Shortly before 5pm on Thursday, crews from Rushen and Peel were called to the blaze which had started in an upstairs room.
It took around 90 minutes to bring the fire under control.
All of the householders managed to get out of the house safely.
