A firefighter's aiming to do almost 3,000 burpees to raise money in memory of those who lost their lives on 9/11.
Over the course of a nine-hour shift at Douglas Fire Station, Adam Boyd will do 2,977 repetitions of the exercise - one for each person who died in the terror attacks.
From 9am on September 11 he'll be raising money for the UK Fire Fighters Charity and Heroes on The Water Isle of Man, which supports military veterans and emergency service workers.
