The Fire service says wildfires are an ever present danger in warm weather.
The public are being asked to comply with rules to keep the countryside safe and fire free.
The fire service say because the weather is so dry fires can easily escalate to disastrous levels in rural areas.
It comes after 35 firefighters had to tackle an out of control gorse fire in Glen Maye last weekend.
