Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service is issuing advice to people on staying safe around fireworks ahead of Bonfire Night.
The organisation has taken to social media this week to issue a list of things to remember when setting them up so any occasion is as safe as possible for both people and animals.
Among the list of checks authorities are urging residents to make include children being supervised and if clothing catches fire to 'stop, drop and roll' to extinguish the flames.
Firefighters add whilst it's a long list of tips, it's worth reading to make sure you can have a safe and enjoyable time.
