The fire and rescue service has released details about the crash on the Peel Coast Road his morning.
Crews from Kirk Michael found the driver had already made it out of the car when they arrived.
It led to the road being shut whilst it was made safe, with only one car involved in the incident.
The news comes after a crash involving two cars in Douglas yesterday evening, Monday, February 23.
