Firefighters are reminding people not to leave cooking unattended after attending a house fire on Christmas Day.
Crews were called to a property in Douglas at 12.30pm on December 25 where the owner had left their Christmas dinner in the oven resulting in smoke logging the house.
No-one was injured and no damage was caused.
The fire service took to social media to issue its message.
