Fire crews have spent the early hours of this morning tackling a 'significant' blaze at a restaurant in Douglas.
They were called to Regent Street just before 3.30am after a number of 999 calls reported smoke coming from The Malabar.
Four appliances from Douglas, and one from Laxey, attended the scene with 10 firefighters tackling the incident in the restaurant's industrial kitchen.
The property was vented just after 4.30am - crews will remain in attendance this morning to deal with any hot spots and assist with fire investigation work.
