Firefighters were called in to transfer a casualty from the third storey of a building in Douglas last night.
Teams were brought in to assist paramedics at around 10.30pm last night at a property near Broadway.
The fire service says due to the position of the casualty and the suspected injuries they were fully immobilised and carried on a stretcher through the front window.
Crews are wishing them a speedy recovery.
