Firefighters were called out to Peel last night after reports of a structure fire.
The Fire and Rescue Service says they responded to a log burner smoking into the property.
Firefighters entered wearing breathing equipment to extinguish the burner and ventilate the property.
The Service says if you have a wood burning stove to make sure that they are cleaned regularly to prevent build up pf soot which can cause fires.
