Fire crews were called to a smoking electric vehicle charging point earlier this morning.
The fire and rescue service says firefighters isolated the electricity supply to the property to deal with it.
It adds the incident serves as a reminder to be careful when charging your EVs.
Firefighters say you should only use approved charging equipment, avoid damaged cables or connectors, and never use extension leads.
