Culture Vannin has announced this year's winner of the Island's highest cultural award.
The Reih Bleeaney Vanannan has been given to Fiona McArdle, for her lifelong commitment to and continued involvement in Manx culture.
Fiona has been involved in areas of Manx language, music, dance, history and heritage, and community activities, and has represented the Island internationally.
The selection panel was 'delighted' to give her the award, for her contribution that is 'significant and enduring.'
