A Ramsey man has been fined £500 after being caught with cannabis in his glovebox.
26-year-old Liam Anthony Faragher, of Queen's Pier Road, was stopped by police outside a property in Douglas on November 20th.
After smelling cannabis officers searched the vehicle where they found 27 grams of the drug which had a street value of £480.
At Douglas Courthouse this week he pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of the Class B substance - Magistrates also ordered him to pay £50 in costs.
