Smokers across the Island are being urged to kick the habit on national 'No Smoking Day'.
Health workers have been out across the Island offering free advice and showing what help is on offer.
To enforce the damage that smoking does, you can have your lung age calculated.
Mark McEnroe the respiratory physiologist at nobles has been conducting the test. He's urging smokers, of any age, to see what their lung age is.
