The Island's financial regulator is warning people about scammers who are impersonating it in fraudulent emails.
The Financial Services Authority says emails containing forged court documents have been sent to people alleging misconduct by a bank.
But the emails are being sent from the wrong email address and have nothing to do with the FSA.
