Aspiring firefighters on Island have until the end of this week to apply for a role with the emergency service.
The Island's Fire and Rescue Service currently has vacancies for on-call (retained) personnel at its stations in Laxey, Kirk Michael, Peel and Rushen.
It's also creating a talent pool for full-time staff at Douglas Fire Station and for on-call positions at Ramsey Fire Station.
Meanwhile, anyone interested is being invited to head down to fire station sessions running throughout this week between 6.30pm and 8.30pm to observe a training session, meet the crews and discuss any questions you may have.
They'll take place at Kirk Michael this evening (October 19), Laxey tomorrow (October 20), Peel and Ramsey on Wednesday (October 21) and then Rushen on Thursday (October 22).
Officers are reminding people the closing date to apply for a role is this Sunday (October 25).
