The final drop-in session for a police recruitment drive on the island takes place today.
The Manx force is currently recruiting both regular and special (part-time volunteer) constables.
A spokesman said they are on the look out for hardworkers who can demonstrate patience, courage, flexibility and the ability to think and act quickly.
Anyone who wants to find out more is invited to Costa at the Sea Terminal between 11.30 and 14.30 today (Wednesday).
In his annual report this year earlier this year, the chief constable said retaining new police recruits has become "challenging".
Gary Roberts added that over the past year, several new officers left the force, with some saying the work was more difficult than expected.
