A developer has unveiled plans for the third phase of a huge housing estate in Ballasalla.
Dandara has applied for permission to build 128 new homes in fields next to Railway Terrace in the village.
Its proposals include a neighbourhood centre, children's nursery, shops and open space with a children's playground.
The work, if approved, would mark the final phase of creating the estate, which already has 282 homes.
