There have been more health and social care complaints in 2021/22 than in the last five years.
That's according to health minister Lawrie Hooper, in response to a written Tynwald question from MHK Juan Watterson.
Data from the past year shows 470 total complaints across services, in comparison to 380 the previous year.
Changes to the complaints process will be introduced in October, where staff will backtrack on complaints from April onwards to ensure all outcomes are recorded.
