Literary works will be celebrated at the annual Manx Litfest event later this month.
The registered charity is celebrating its fifth festival - running from Tuesday, September 27th until Sunday, October 2nd.
Readers, authors, poets and illustrators from across Britain will attend the event.
It will involve six days of readings, Q&A panels, talks, library events, school involvement, workshops and performance pieces.
This year the debut novel of Isle of Man writer Angela Roberts will be launched - she met book publisher Mark Lloyd through pitch sessions at 'The Writers' Day' event at a previous Litfest; organisers have described it as a 'fantastic success story'.
