Fewer than a quarter of Island doctors say they'd recommend Manx Care as a place to work.
That's according to the damning results of a new survey by the British Medical Association, called the Culture of Care Barometer.
Most respondents also say staff views aren't listened to, and only 13 percent reported seeing good senior leadership.
Medical leaders say the findings are demoralising and raise concerns about patient care - with the BMA's council chair visiting the Island to discuss issues this week.
