The Isle of Man ferry terminal in Liverpool is set to be finished by the Autumn.
That's according to Infrastructure Minister Chris Thomas, who was quizzed on the issue in the House of Keys earlier this week.
Mr Thomas said despite the terminal buildng making good progress to be completed by the end of the month, marine works aren't set to be finished until 'Autumn 2023.'
Further, when asked about the cost of the project - which is thought to have surpassed £70m - the Minister said it 'wouldn't be appropriate to suggest the final figure at this stage.'
