The Steam Packet Company says a decision about two ferry crossings will be made later this evening after two crossings have already been called off.
The 10am voyage to Heysham and the Manxman's 3.30pm return trip have both been scrapped.
Bad weather forecast in the Irish Sea means the Manxman's 7.45pm trip from Douglas to Heysham as well as her return trip at 2.15am tomorrow morning are at risk.
A decision is expected to be made by 5.30pm.
