The Steam Packet Company says it's reached an agreement with union members in a dispute over working conditions.
The company says it's reached a settlement with Nautilus, which represents officers.
It says the agreement resolves an issue requiring some officers to live aboard vessels.
Nautilus members launched industrial action last December after objecting to management proposals.
