The Steam Packet Company's cancelled two of today's ferry crossings in the face of bad weather.
Strong winds mean the Manannan's sailings at 8am to Heysham and her return trip at midday and have been called off.
Ronaldsway Met Office has issued an amber weather warning today for waves being driven over exposed coast roads.
