Could Peel see a ban on feeding seagulls in public?
That's being asked in a questionnaire sent out by Peel Town Commissioners regarding its 2022 byelaw consultation.
It states the board is reviewing and updating Peel's existing General Byelaws - and is now asking for the public's views.
Depending on the response, certain laws could be changed or added.
The second question listed states Peel's existing general byelaws don't have a provision to prevent people feeding animals and birds in public places - which includes seagulls.
However, Commissioners are asking the people of Peel - if such a provision should be included - with three responses available 'yes', 'no', or 'don't know'.
People are asked to respond to the consultation before December 22.
