Since these general attendance requirements were introduced last year it's led to a number of people within the hospitality industry to brand them unpractical.
A public consultation has been launched seeking feedback on amendments to the act.
Minister for Justice and Home Affairs, Jane Poole-Wilson says they've listened to licence holders when they say the current provisions aren't practical, and are looking to address the issue.
The consultation is available on the consultation hub.
