Residents in Governor's Hill say they fear there's another pollution incident in the local duckpond.
Earlier this year a number of birds had to be cleaned after the water was polluted by oil.
This morning on Facebook, a number of people say they noticed some sort of scum topping the water.
Nearby residents say they're not sure what it is, but have reported it to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
