The Ravens take on The Green Lions at Footes Lane in Saint Peter Port tomorrow evening after the two sides met on Manx shores last month.
The clash on August 15 - The Manx club's maiden game - saw the home side edge the contest with a 1-0 win in front of a sell-out crowd at The Bowl in Douglas.
At the end of last month the two clubs also announced a partnership with Skipton International to contest The Skipton Cup on an annual basis for the next three years.
Tomorrow's clash is due to get underway from 6.30pm.
FC Isle of Man's preparations for the 2020-21 season have changed in the last week as the current border restrictions around COVID-19 meant the team had to withdraw from their FA Vase 1st Qualifying Round clash wtih AFC Liverpool which was originally scheduled to take place on Island on Saturday, September 19.
The team is due to compete in the North West Counties Football League Division One (South) in the upcoming season, currently their campaign is scheduled to get underway on October 3 with a home tie against Wythenshawe Town.
