Third Consecutive Senior Classic victory for Ryan.
Formidable Irish Racer Ryan Farquhar claimed his place in the record books yesterday claiming his third consecutive Senior Classic victory in the four-lap race.
Farquhar sat comfortably behind 21 year old Oli Lindsell until the half way point of the race when he overtook Linsdell, setting a new lap record in the process and winning with what looked like ease.
55 year old Wattie Brown took the runners up spot ahead of Andy Reynolds who finished in third.
Peel rider Chris McGahan clinched victory in the Junior Classic event.
If it wasn’t for a decision to bring the Lightweight
classic event forward due to bad weather moving in it wouldn’t have been able
to take place.
