An extraordinary Tynwald sitting is taking place next week to discuss the Island Plan.
The House of Keys is due to sit at 10am on Tuesday, with Tynwald now set to follow, considering the latest Public Health Regulations and the Island Plan.
The Chief Minister will aim to get Tynwald's approval for the plan, after a debate was halted earlier this month.
Eight MHKs refused to debate the document, with Alf Cannan accepting 'they felt they did not have enough time to read the plan.'
