A new scheme to give people with mental health problems a chance to explore the benefits of physical activity opened this week.
Activ4health, funded by Manx Care, runs regular sessions such as yoga and boxercise at the NSC, activities proven to improve mood and decrease stress, depression and anxiety.
Participants also get access to the gym, swimming pool and exercise classes to help make positive lifestyle changes and bring physical activity into your routine.
The scheme is suitable for those over the age of 16 and you must be referred by a mental health professional to receive this support.
