Tynwald is hosting an event next week that explores the challenges women face when pursuing publicly elected roles.
The Office of the Clerk of Tynwald is running 'A Female Perspective: The Path to Election' in Legislative Buildings in Douglas on Friday, March 7.
A panel of local women in elected roles will be interviewed and it's being run in support of International Women's Day.
