A £35 charge levied on drivers to use public charge points for their vehicles will be refunded, according to the chairman of Manx Utilities.
John Wannenburgh faced questions in the House of Keys this week from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper about the charge imposed by new supplier Evolt.
