Entries are now open for an Island event supporting serving and retired firefighters later this year.
Residents are being invited to take part in the 2020 Firefighters Memorial Walk on Sunday, April 19 - covering a 50km route around the Isle of Man from Peel to Ramsey with all proceeds going to The Firefighters Charity.
Organisers say as well as supporting the cause it can also act as good preparation for anyone thinking of taking on the Parish Walk in June and all finishers will receive a medal for their efforts.
Anyone interested in getting involved can do so via the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service Facebook page.
