The Department of Infrastructure says part of the Mountain Road will have temporary traffic lights and speed limits from this weekend as TT work gets underway.
On Saturday and Sunday, there'll be a 30mph limit as staff work between Keppel Gate and Hillberry.
Temporary lights will be in place on Saturday before being taken down on Sunday.
They'll be back in place on Monday and the department says the work will take several days, depending on the weather.
