That's the question Onchan MHK Rob Callister wants answered.
He's asked a question for written reply to Justice and Home Affairs Minister Jane Poole-Wilson about the number of days police, firefighters and prison officers had off.
Mr Callister has also asked the Health Minister Lawrie Hooper for data about ambulance staff illness.
