This week Elite Group IT and Wi-Manx have lit up their buildings to mark World Pancreatic Cancer Day.
They joined thousands around the world in turning purple to highlight a devastating disease which they say needs more recognition.
Pancreatic Cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers.
Things like tummy or back pain, digestive problems, jaundice or unexpected weight loss are all symptoms.
In most cases these symptoms are most likely from other causes, but regardless you're urged to seek expert advice to have them checked out.
