Manx Care says its new Elective Surgical Unit is now open.
The unit, on Ward 7 in Noble's Hospital, will provide inpatient care for planned surgical and gynaecological procedures.
It was officially opened today, before opening to patients tomorrow, Friday, February 13.
Manx Care says the specialist unit will reduce the number of cancellations and improve efficiency in its surgical theatres.
