Proposed changes to the election system would 'put the voter at the heart of the process'.
That's according to Policy and Reform Minister, Chris Thomas MHK, as the government looks for the views of residents to potential alterations to the election structure.
Specifically, officials want to hear what people think of two new bills which, they say, will give more clarity and consistency whilst addressing issues which were highlighted in the 2016 election.
Those wanting to put forward their thoughts are invited to fill out the survey on the online government consultation hub before the deadline at 5pm on Monday, January 6, 2020.
