Police say an attempt to rig the Douglas East by-election struck at the very heart of democracy.
Yesterday, two people were convicted for their parts in the scam which attempted to fraudulently obtain votes for TV chef Kevin Woodford.
Gail Corrin and Kerry Rothwell will be sentenced on November 22nd , along with another defendant, Charles Lewin who had already admitted his involvement.
Investigators have thanked everyone who gave witness statements and the 91 people who gave evidence in court during the trial.
Police say it would be inappropriate to comment any further before sentencing.
