Douglas Council says there are now 61 dilapidated, ruinous or dangerous properties in the Island's capital.
A meeting of the Environmental Services Committee heard eight properties had been added to a list of properties which have fallen into disrepair.
One property had undergone work and was removed from the list.
The council says it only lists properties after contacting the owner to carry out work.
