A Parish Walk fundraiser has smashed his £1,000 target - raising more than £4,300 for the Island's hospice.
Edward Kelly suffered a severe brain-stem stroke when he was 21, and never fully recovered.
But on Saturday, he walked to Marown during the Island's largest sporting event, raising thousands of pounds for Hospice Isle of Man.
The charity's described his achievement as "nothing short of remarkable".
