A Tynwald committee will get the chance to question senior figures at the Department of Education, Sport and Culture later this week.
Minister Graham Cregeen and chief executive Professor Ronald Barr will give evidence to the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee.
The annual general hearing will start at 1.30pm on Friday in the Legislative Council Chambers of Legislative Buildings on Buck's Road in Douglas.
The committee is chaired by David Cretney MLC, with MHKs Martyn Perkins and Julie Edge also serving.
