The new chief executive of the Department of Education and Children has raised fresh concerns over the ongoing dispute surrounding GCSEs in England.
Speculation over possible changes to the exams has been ongoing for some time.
Manx students currently follow England’s GCSE system but a breakaway has not been ruled out.
