Minister Speaks to 3FM Following 5 Day Trip to Study China\'s Education System
3FM have been speaking to the Education and Children Minister Eddie Teare following on from his visit to China to get a better understanding of the Chinese Education system.
The trip was also put together in an effort to strengthen ties between China and the Island.
The Minister was invited by the Confucius Institute from the University of Central Lancashire, who had made provisions for one of their members to work at Ballakermeen School teaching Chinese Studies this year.
Due to a technicality that’s been put on hold, but given China’s standing as having the second biggest economy in the world Minister Teare thinks it’s time the schools took notice.
