A revised version of the government's Economic Strategy will go before Tynwald later this month.
The latest version focuses more on making sure the Island has the infrastructure and services to accommodate a larger population.
It's currently the government's goal to have 100,000 people living on the Island by 2037.
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan says they've listened to people’s views and altered the proposed approach accordingly.
