Two people from Douglas will stand trial after being accused of resisting police officers.
27-year-old Anne Marie Laughlin, of Keppel Road, and 29-year-old Shaun Anthony Ward, of Bayr Cam, appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday.
Both entered a not guilty plea to the offence which allegedly took place on Kepple Road on August 7.
Miss Laughlin also denied a charge of being drunk and disorderly - Mr Ward denied using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
A pre-trial review will take place on October 10 - both have been bailed until that date.
